The Importance of Proper Curing

Professional gel systems are developed and tested using specific curing conditions, including lamp wavelength, light intensity, and exposure time. When an incompatible or low quality lamp is used, the product may not polymerise completely, leaving small amounts of uncured material within or on the surface of the coating.
Incomplete curing doesn't just affect durability. It may also increase the likelihood of prolonged skin exposure to uncured ingredients, which can contribute to irritation or allergic sensitisation over time.
